FAQ Friday: I am 10 months postpartum, is it too late for me to join the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series in Cleveland?

Absolutely not! The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series is great for any mama postpartum. Typically we categorize the first 2 weeks PP as the co-regulation phase, weeks 2-6 as the recovery phase, weeks 6-12 as the rehabilitation phase, and 3-12 months as the rebuilding phase. If you were unaware of the rehabilitation options available, jumped back into working out too soon, got hurt when returning to the gym, or are recovering from a birth injury you may not be ready for the rebuilding phase at 10 months postpartum. Joining the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series will give you the rehabilitation tools to get you started in your postpartum rehabilitation as well as tools to continue rebuilding.

Bottom line: postpartum lasts forever. Whether you are 6 weeks, 10 months, or 2 years postpartum, I would love to have you in a Postpartum Series.
